FOLLOW THE MEN WHO FOLLOW THE STAR

In 2023, take note of the example set by the Magi. These wise men kept their eyes trained on the stars and paid attention to new information. They used science (astronomy) and faith to determine the course for their journey and set out to discover the meaning and purpose of nature's signs. Apparently they journeyed for over a year to reach their destination and when they got close enough, they asked for directions. These learned men didn’t sit in ivory towers or let the threat of hardship or bureaucracy distract them from their goal, but persevered until they could worship the newborn king and leave their gifts at his feet.

Mysterious and exotic, they capture the imagination, embodying wisdom, faith, perseverance, humility, and sacrifice. The Magi intrigue and inspire me to remember their trek and keep my eyes focused on the heavens and my feet following the path toward the only one worthy of worship.
